About Visual Solutions

Sally Sloley is an agile coach who specializes in Lean Agile Visual Management. 

Sally began her career at Microsoft, where she worked as a technical web person for over 20 years. 

Her agile experience spans a wide range of industries including Microsoft, T-Mobile, AT&T, AMP Capital, IAG, Zurich, NSW Treasury, James Cook University, AP+, and Services Australia.

Sally is a co-founder of multiple Lean Coffee meetups and enjoys organizing agile conferences like Kanban Australia and LAST. She keynotes, speaks, and runs workshops at international conferences. 

She is also an accredited kanban trainer through both Modus Institute and Kanban University.
