Sometimes it’s just not possible to bring someone on full-time, but you still have challenges you need help with. I’m available for consulting gigs of any size. You can buy an hour at a time, you can buy packages of time to be used as needed, or you can bring me on for a short time and we can chat about options. Email me for quotes and availability.

You don't have to start with a lengthy contract. You can hire me full-time, but if you aren't sure, we can always start with just an assessment.

What's great about the company?

What are the challenges?

What's the culture like?

What would make it even better?

What's the vision for the future?

From that info I'll create an assessment for you:

·  Where you are

·  Where you want to be

·  What your business values are

·  What things are going well and don’t need to change

·  And, finally, I’ll lay out changes that you could try

Take my recommendations and think them over. Talk to your employees about the suggestions and see how they feel.

If you want to implement the suggestions, get in touch.  We’ll put together a plan that works for you. You decide if you need me full-time, part-time, or just for occasional visits, it’s your call. You can opt out at any time, but bear in mind the same goes for me. If I find you aren’t ready to make the tough choices, I may have to walk away. I want you to succeed and won’t waste your time or mine if I can’t bring you the value you deserve.
